Geocities   Geocities - this site, which provided users with free email and web site locations, was organized as a series of neighbourhoods. This screen shot shows the Neighbourhood main page, which listed all the different neighbourhoods. These neighbourhoods were organized by topics, with names such as Area 51 - science fiction, Vienna - arts & entertainment, Bourbon Street - jazz & southern culture and many more.
