What to do next

At this point in your course development process, you will start creating the media elements of your course. You will also be continuing to develop instructional materials such as student assessment activities. This is the phase in which you and possibly the other members of your project team actually create the educational resources.

Start by reading the Overview for the Production phase. You will see that there are a myriad of tasks related to this stage! You might wish to visit some of the sites that are listed in the Exemplary Web-Enabled Courses at the U of A to see how other instructors have used technology to enhance their teaching.

The outcomes from the production phase are the actual technology-based teaching resources.
